This location is continually short staffed with respect to cashiers. I was at the store last night to pick up a couple of things and, not surprisingly there were only two tills open and the line-ups were so long that they extended into the aisles. What is more puzzling though is what appears to be a absolute unwillingness on the part of management to address this issue. Over the ten or so years that I have been shopping there I have left feedback numerous times to staff, the head cashier, the manger, and have sent two emails to the head office and nothing ever changes whichI find baffling. When I first started shoppoinbg here I used to get all my groceries at this location but now I try to shop elsewhere whenever possible.

Safeway used to be my family's go-to grocery store. I'm shocked to see how expensive things are here compared to other stores. I'm not talking about higher quality items or even larger quantities, the exact same items. I don't see this being a sustainable business practice. I hope Safeway changes before it's too late.

They often run out of 2% lactose free milk in the 2L carton, but often have it in the 1L carton. It's alot more expensive to purchase 2 of the 1L and now I'm starting to feel they're running out of the 2L intentionally.
