Very pleased! Excellent quality of beautiful fresh flower bouquet’s and table arrangements at my daughters wedding. Ms Carol was so accommodating and easy to work with throughout.
Very happy with the bouquet! I made an online order late at night and it was delivered before noon the following day. The flowers looked gorgeous and exactly like the picture. Very easy process especially since I live out of state.
Flowers still as beautiful as when they were delivered 8 days ago. Great service. Friendly folks.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER! If I could give this florist 0 stars I would. After ordering my son's Homecoming date's corsage well in advance nothing was delivered the day of the event. That turned what should have been a special night into a nightmare. We had to find a corsage at the last minute because no one from the florist would call me back or answer my emails. We had to settle for silk flowers that didn't match anything thanks to Winn Dixie for at least giving us something. My son's girlfriend is in tears and I can't even get this very unprofessional business to respond.
Bought a bouquet for my girlfriend for her birthday. Bought the “Season of Dreams” one. She got them todayWednesday when I asked for them to be delivered Friday before 2 pm. So they didn’t have all the flowers for the bouquet because of the storm. So instead of calling me and telling me that. They go ahead and make a completely different bouquet and send it to her. Only good thing that came out of this is that my girlfriend still liked them
I have ordered flowers from Caroll since 1987 and NEVER been disappointed. She fixes each arrangement as though it was for her own family. Her assistant Nancy is a real pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST FOR FLOWERS.
This is my go-to place. Every arrangement I have ever ordered has been perfect and well-loved. They are excellent for last minute gifts as well! Love Flowers 'N Fancies!
My first experience with Flowers n Fancies was a disaster. I must be honest. I ordered a bouquet for my wife through teleflora and Carol was the local florist I chose. I wouldn’t even receive the bouquet when I saw it. However, I decided to give her another shot this week and this time around Carol knocked it out of the park! My wife loved the bouquet!
Wow. All I can say is wow. Mrs. Carol did such a wonderful job. I wanted to send my boyfriend some flowers at work. It was a surprise. I didnt even know what she was putting together. Let's just say it made an impact. She had the best customer service and very sweet woman. I wish I could post a picture of how beautiful her work is.
Here is my letter to the florist which went responded: I must say I was horrible disappointed with your arrangement that was delivered, as was she. I often pickup flowers from Rouses to take to her and sometimes I have them sent from a florist. Generally when I pick up a nice arrangement from Rouses, I get a dozen Gerber Daisies and some greenery for $30.00. When I have used florist in the past, the $80-100 arrangements have been stunning and huge. What you delivered I could have picked up in the Walmart market for $12-15.00. And they would not have wilted the very next day! I don’t mind paying a higher price when I can’t pick up flowers. But never before have I been so disappointed in the lack of quality and quantity. And never before as she said "the flowers are just horrible". I hope this serves as a warning to potential future customers and I will never do business with you again.
