Hello there, I placed an order on Dec. 28, 2017 for the flowers to be delivered at 10:00AM next day. The confirmation email I got clearly states the delivery will be at 10:00AM on Dec. 29 as the flowers were for a funeral to held at 1:00PM but the delivery came at 2:00PM. I have copy pasted the email below. I tried live chat with Anna but she didn't help me at all. She blocked me out and I still cant go on live chat. I called the warehouse in Calgary and talked to someone and he said I will get a call back in few minutes but I never got the call. I tried calling again in the afternoon but the lady said she can't help me and hung up on me various times. I had the worst experience ever. I would never recommend using this company.

I just placed an order online with Bloomex.ca for a Gourmet Gift Basket. The order form was very clear and easy to fill in so I had no problems. Also, there is online help if needed as well. I'm excited for my good friend to receive the gift basket as she's gone through a serious operation. I know she will love it and hopefully it will brighten up her day! Marlene

I was very concerned at first because the delivery was late, it finally arrived at 8:00 pm. But the driver got a bit lost and the weather wasn't fantastic, so all is forgiven. And the quality of the arrangements was absolutely stunning! They were even more beautiful then the picture on the website. These were ordered for my mother-in-law and she was so pleased with them. Big thank you to the talented florist who put the arrangement together, it turned out just incredible! A gorgeous splash of color for a special birthday surprise.

Lovely flowers! I appreciated that I can pick and chose when I want my flowers delivered. It was easy and fast to place an order and it's super easy to customize it by adding whatever you like. The only issue I had was it was delivered by FedEx and the truck was cold so I lost some rose petals. I carefully removed the few damaged one and still had big, beautiful blooms.
