Story

In September 2007 the long time vacant building at 118 John St. East was renovated, painted bright purple and Sacred Quest opened its doors for business. Sacred Quest is an entirely unique experience and calling it a store is probably an understatement. Sacred Quest is a very unique book, gift, and resources store that provides products and services on topics related to health, wellbeing, personal and spiritual growth.

Have been coming to this store for 2 years. The staff is usually wonderful and the collections continuously being added to, with decent prices on various specimens. However the last time I went in, I found a particular European staff member to be lacking many customer service standards, such as the art of negotiation: like factoring a customer's history of purchases along with any interest in contacting a manager to reduce a cost from 81.36 to 80 because the store's debit machine works about half the time and it would be a hassle to go to the bank. Ohh then she proceeded to look into her own purse and with a tonne of attitude tell me that I owe her personally. The lack of adequate retail skills training makes me hesitant to come back to the store.
