Huge store friendly staff. Love how they have separate sections for kids, paper, clothing etc
The whole plaza is an experience, enjoyed walking around and exploring for about 3 hrs. Our first visit.
This is the BEST indigo bookstore I've been to! We can literally spend an hour and still not see everything. From decor, to kids materials to a huge magazine section, this place is amazing. Christmas shopping was easy this year, thanks to this store.
Obviously there's a great selection of books! Friendly staff. Very busy during the holidays, but the long lines moved quickly. A gorgeous woman rang my items through and she was professional and courteous.
Beautiful store! Easy to find the book you are looking for but should you have difficulty there is computer helpvery easy to navigate or there are plenty of staff to ask. I was very impressed with the kindness, politeness & professionalism of the employees I encountered.
Such a confusing and anxiety inducing layout. No1 on the floor after searching for 10 minutes to ask for help. Had to pull one off kids cash, and they helped in 5 seconds very happily and was great. But they are incredibly understaffed during a Fri night before xmas
Good size book store but filled with knick knacks and assorted household goods. Slight odd location, the mall entrance is on the back end of the tiny lower floor. Honestly that whole floor has a vibe that a Indigo fits in really well.
I love to read and one of my favorite things to do is to come here and spend sooo much time going through all the sci-fi books to find some great reads. Plus the employees there are really great, super helpful, and it's always sparkling clean in there.
I have shopped here since it was a Chapters lo those many years ago. Used to love it, but over the past few years two major changes have made me hate, hate, HATE this store. One, for those folks who wished a bookstore wasn't so stocked with those icky things known as "books," rejoice! This store has been slowly phasing out printed material in favour of tchotchkes, so the quantity and variety of books vis a vis floor space is sad and depressing. Second, you cannot order books from the kiosks any longer. It used to be so convenient to walk into the store, order a book using the kiosk, have it sent to the store, and pick it up. Now, you can ONLY order using their website outside of the store. Being someone who eschews most technology, I hate this. So, having used to visit the store and make several purchases per week, I now almost exclusively stick to BMV Books in Toronto--it's worth the drive one hour for me and inconvenience of parking in downtown TO. And a friend orders me my books online. The staff at this particular Indigo, however, are wonderful--friendly, helpful, and courteous. THEY get five stars; the store...not so much. Cheers.
Tobin is super friendly and hospitable. This is a great Indigo location with a huge magazine section and nice ambience. Oh yeah, lots of books too.
