Strange experience at this store today. I was greeted by an employee and told what was on sale. I told her I was just looking around. I then started to find things to try on but nobody came near me after that. From what I could tell there were four or five people working and for most of the time I was the only shopper. I had to find someone to ask if I could try on the clothes I picked up. I went to the cash to ask if a pair of pants I liked came in a certain colour. That question was met by laughter for some reason and then I was asked if I looked everywhere for them. I don't work there so I wouldn't know where they're kept. Though I was in the change room for about a half an hour, nobody asked me if I needed a different size etc so I had to get dressed each time I needed something else, find it and go back to the change room. Everyone seemed more concerned about inventory counting than providing any help even when I went up to pay, nobody seemed too concerned with serving me and it seemed like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Maybe I offended the first employee by saying I was just looking around, I don't know, but I certainly got the cold shoulder after that. Very disappointing experience which I'll not put myself through again.

Well stocked, nice staff, have been a long time shower. But what's going on with the prices at rw&co now adays? Literally couldn't find any items until $130.00. I guess that explains why there are always 40% off events. Also, wish the store was in the mall rather then on its own - would be more convenient.

Lovely collection and the staff is as friendly as it can. I definitely recommend this location.
