My father and my little sister went into Justice today and they wanted to buy my sister the fake Rihanna slippers. But the size that my sister wanted was very dirty and when they went and asked the manager if she could reduce the price of the slippers, the manger was extremely rude and gave my father so much attitude and disrespect. However, the cashier , Devina was very generous and clearly had better customer service than the manager. She understood the problem and tried helping them , rather then yelling and being very unprofessional. I just don't understand how people like that manager get hired and get promoted as a manager. My father's and my sisters experience at this Justice was not enjoyable, especially since my sister shops there all the time. We hope something gets done regarding this issue and that more people like Devina should be promoted as a manager.

Terrible Customer service - store manager "Lynn" extremely rude- bought a flip flop and it was worn after 2 days....poor material ...worse thing is the way Store manager Lynn treats her customer in a very unprofessional, very rude way- she shouldn't be in customer service when she cant treat her customers politely. I was able to exchange the same flip flop at another store with a very dedicated store manager! i will not advise you shop here, if you are very desperate to shop from Justice go to other locations. lesson learned last time to visit this store!
