Not very impressed on how the driver took a long way to get more money from me. My usual fare from braid to my home cost 9$ but the driver drove far away from the usual route ending up the cost of 17$ and still asking for tips? Lol be careful with dishonest driver around. Not impressed wont be using this cab again.

They say they will be there in a half hour tops, but do not show up till two or three hours later. By then you are already late to be where you need to go. This service is unreliable and should not still be in business. The cab drivers themselves have a lack of politeness, ignore your concerns. Anyone looking to get anywhere in a decent amount of time, call other taxi company's instead. You can even bus faster then they will show up. And dealing with the management? Awful and you get no where with what your complaint is. They frankly do not give a damn, and are simply in this service to make money. They do not even deserve one star. Deceiving idgits.

Showed up quickly, refused service to Vancouver (which is illegal.) Driver said he'd send someone who was willing to drive to Vancouver, but never actually did. Worst service ever. Also, good luck trying to get a ride with a pet in a carrier. They will "wait for a pet friendly driver" until you eventually give up and rent a car.

Consistently 1/2hour or more to get a cab. Longer if it's around 4pm. App or not booking taxis seem tedious these days.
