Rude staff, they are not knowledgeable about local areas of interest and will demand an exact address. I've had multiple negative experiences with this company and so have my friends. Once my friend needed to have his car jumped and we were relieved to know they would help us for a mere 20 dollars, however the man they sent did not have a clue how a dead battery is jump started and got argumentative and demanded his 20 dollars even after he had clearly done nothing. So unless you are absolutely desperate, go with an alternative like Bonny's Taxi or even better yet ride a car2go or evo car. Anything would be better than supporting these guys.
