Abominable. Infuriating, frustrating, maddening and ridiculous. After eventually getting through to customer service with spotty reception, I’m told 10 minutes. So 50 minutes pass by. I feel I’m a patient so I decide to wait another 10 minutes. Suddenly my phone rings and it’s Bonny’s Tax’s automated message telling me my taxi has arrived and is waiting for me. I’m looking all around me and there was not a single taxi to be found. I wait another 5 minutes then realizing I could of been home already. You are a crushing disappointment.

I'd rate it lower than 1 star if it were possible. "Fast and efficient service for over 50 years" is an absolute LIE. They aren't even capable of answering their phones efficiently. You're guaranteed to spend more time on the phone waiting for them to answer your call than you will in their cars using their below-par service. It is places like Bonny's Taxi that prove Taxi services are the way of the past and why implementing Uber in Vancouver is SORELY NEEDED. Will NOT be using their services ever again. At this point I'd even recommend public transit over Bonny's Taxi.

Saw all the reviews and was a bit nervous. Booked online the night before which the webpage looks a bit .... let’s go with dated. Received a confirmation email quickly and then the cab was out front 10 mins before. It was perfect. The ride was great, cost exactly what it should have, and the driver helped me with my incredibly heavy bags. It was a great experience and I will use again!

They have a lot of negative reviews, and I'm sure they aren't always the best, but I happened to have an on-time and pleasant experience with them. Driver showed up to the address I gave them 10 minutes after I called, helped us with bags, got us to the airport swiftly, and was generally warm and finally very grateful for the gratuity I gave him. It was 6am on a weekday so they probably weren't overloaded, but it WAS a holiday week. Dec. 29. Just wanted to share my experience. They're not all bad! Of course it's absurd that there is no Uber or Lyft in Vancouver like there is in the rest of the civilized world. Anyway, a fine service to use at off-peak hours, based on our experience.

Called for a pick-up tomorrow morning. The guy on the phone was really rude and condescending. He only took my address, so I asked him if he needed to take a name or phone number. His response was in a really rude tone and said, “when you call and book a cab, if I need more information from you, I will ask you, ok?”He made me feel like garbage for a mere simple question. Think about it though. If I was calling from a phone number other than my own, he should be taking a phone number! Uber. NOW. Update: I’m happy to report my cab was on time. He arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and I asked him to wait a few minutes and he did. It’s so unfortunate that the first impression from the dispatcher was so terrible because my driver was great. Helped me load my luggage and everything. I upgraded to a 3 for this reason.
