I'm so happy I finally switched dentists after having been with my old dentist for nearly 20 years! I got sick of the poor communication style and depressing work environment of my previous dentist in West Van. Pros: - Melinda the dental hygienist is great! - modern equipment - polite customer service - very thurough - convenient location - private rooms - good communication - small free gift (coffee gift card or salsa) for new clients and for referrals. It's minor but the salsa is very good! Cons: - (minor) they call / email too many times to confirm your appointments. Maybe they get lots of cancellations but if I've confirmed my appointment I don't need more reminders.

Dr Phillips is a very personable dentist who made my wife very comfortable on our first visit couple of days ago. He explained everything thoroughly and took the time to analyze the pain that was bothering my wife from a crown done by another dentist. He worked beyond the closing time to ensure we were taken care of. The other staff members were also wonderful and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends. Nice comfortable office.

Chipped my front tooth while away on a business trip. Royal got me in to see someone in 24 hours, and fixed the tooth beautifully in half an hour. Great service, great people, great work. Highly recommend.

Best dentist office I've been to. Organized, friendly, and professional. Love that they do early morning appointments during weekdays so I don't have to miss work. Both Dr. Phillips and Dr. Bernhauser are fantastic. Had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Phillips and he even called to follow up to make sure I was ok!

My wife and I have been been going to Royal Centre Dental Group and having Dr. Ken Phillips care for us for probably 30 years (Ken was very young then!) Obviously we think really well of this dental office and many of the staff are very long timers too - a good sign of a good work environment. The front desk group are professional and friendly and try hard to get you an appointment that works. The clinicians and dental hygienists are great to work with too, cheerful and willing to answer any questions you have about what they are doing in your mouth! . Of course, the longer you go the better you get to know each other and that makes going for an appointment to the dentist "almost a fun thing"! Highly recommend Royal Centre Dental Group.
