This was my first dental experience in Vancouver and I couldn't have asked for more. I went for a routine cleaning and examination and thoroughly enjoyed the friendly staff and efficient work. You can tell everyone is skilled and care about their customers. The icing on the cake was the amazing job of their receptionist, Nargis, who was incredibly helpful and amiable while helping me with paperwork. I will make sure to refer my friends and colleagues here.

Best dental experience I've ever had. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean and modern. I was extremely nervous about my extraction and the staff did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. The procedure was surprisingly quick and pain-free.

I had been a patient at another dental office downtown prior to seeing Mark.  I needed some work done on my teeth and my regular dental office could not fit me in to see them until the following week so I thought that I would give Mark's office a call to see if I could get in there sooner.  The receptionist was great and they actually got me in for an appointment the following day!  Mark did amazing work on my teeth and explained everything clearly so that I understood the work involved.  The overall experience from Mark, the dental assistants and the receptionists was top notch and I'd highly recommend Mark and the Vancouver City Centre Dental team!!

Dr. Suyama is excellent! My first visit he automatically took the time to go over my x-rays and dental history with me. I came back to have some scarring left over from my wisdom teeth removed, I was in and out in 15 minutes, and, and, AND he called the next day to check up on me - not a receptionist, him.  The level of care provided is excellent! I am a very happy patient.
