Yaletown Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry

I had to get a crown on a filling in a molar that broke while eating popcorn. My regular dentist has retired and I was looking for a new place that was close to work. I googled Yaletown Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry and decided just to go for a consultation. When I got there, I was a bit concerned as it advertised a lot of beauty treatments, fillers, botox, etc. and I just wanted a dentist! However, the office was super clean, professional and I was treated promptly and everything was explained in a very clear manner. I decided to go ahead and get the temporary crown that very day and was quite impressed with Dr. Kassam, his needles don't hurt!!! I then made my appointment to come by the next week to have the permanent crown put in and again, was very impressed with both the procedure and the crown itself- it was the right colour and looked like an actual tooth, (unlike some of my previous crowns). All the support staff are well trained and friendly and I felt very comfortable and in safe hands. Would definitely recommend.

I had veneers for roughly 10 years that I was never happy with. I didn't like the shape or colour and always wished I could change them. Then one day while out for a bike ride, I walked into the Yaletown Laser and Cosmetic Dentistry clinic just to pick up a brochure and ask about pricing. I ended up having a consultation with Sherona who took close up photos of my teeth and explained in great detail how Dr. Kansan could turn my smile into everything I had hoped for an more. I left feeling excited after leaving a deposit and scheduling appointments for the transformation of my smile. The process took place over several weeks with 3 separate appointments. Crystal, Dr. Kassan's assistant, helped me choose the design, colour and complete look for my new veneers. She is truly an expert in the design as well as technique with veneers. Dr. Kassan was wonderful. He clearly loves what he does and his primary focus is on the patient and their comfort, satisfaction and well being. I now have the smile I always wanted, feel more confident for photos, etc., and love to show off my new look to my friends and family! The receptionists Chantal and Sarah are lovely and very knowledgable about the products and services offered. And I've since received other cosmetic treatments from Valencia and a couple of other of their trained technicians (whose names escape me at the moment). I recently met with Dr. Shelly as well. Dr. Kassan's wife and equally as kind and caring. She explained many options and treatments that I might find useful to maintain a more youthful appearance into my 50's. I am so happy to have stopped by that day, and would highly recommend this clinic.

I just moved to Vancouver from Calgary and was looking for a dentist that could fill my previous dentist's shoes. My expectations were exceeded. Stacy, the Hygienist, did a fabulous job on my cleaning as did Dr. Kassam whom did two fillings for me. He was so skilled with the freezing injection... I couldn't even feel it! Yaletown Laser & Cosmetic Dentistry is an honest business and will not do unnecessary dental work. This is my new dentist now and I highly recommend them!
