Professional staff who make you feel very comfortable. They understand you well and care for you given the receptionists, assistants or the dentists themselves. I nearly fell asleep during a root canal.

I have been a patient of this office for at least 7 years. The hygienist Cynthia is very thorough and from the very first visit I felt like she actually cleaned my teeth. Dr Sam Alghabi is the best! He explains everything in detail and I’ve never had a problem. He color matches my crowns perfectly. I have never been “upsold” and I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the downtown area. Professional and caring.

I can't believe that I'm rescinding my previous review however I feel very strongly about my experience today. Last weekend I had a pretty bad experience where I felt like I had not been treated fairly by an unfamiliar dentist and the staff. HOWEVER, today Dr Alghabi (whom I had dealt with on previous occasions) sat with me and discussed my concerns. He clarified a lot of information then proceeded to treat my dental pain and deliver the same awesome service I had grown used to at Granville dental - his assistant is also very caring and a natural at making one feel comfortable. I strongly recommend him because despite my initial misgivings he is a compassionate, empathetic dentist who went out of his way to make things right with me as a disgruntled grumpy patient. He even went as far as to offer to come in on a day that he was not in the office because that's the kind of person he is. I trust him to selflessly do whatever he can to treat dental issues and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

I went there because I was having tooth pain. I had no appointment but they were able to accommodate within the next hour. The service was amazing, all the staff super friendly, definitely my family dentist from now on :)

I have been going here for a while but think I will be looking at another dentist place. I like the hours here so that's why I go there. Now two times I had a tooth worked on and had to go back two weeks later for more work on it, not sure why it was not done properly the first time. I went in on Friday as I have a tooth that is broken and needs to be pulled. The dentist walked in didn't even touch my mouth, told me he could not pull it. it cost me $100 for him to tell me that he couldn't do it. Now he wants me to wait for month for another doctor to look at it. I am looking for another dentist today to get this tooth pulled.
