my wife and I went to this store and ordered a couch set and I was told it would be made in 3  weeks.... just in time we received our  couch today and it looks absolutely beautiful better than we imagined.. also the sales lady helped us pic the fabric with our current decore it looks beautiful. Thanks very much for your help and patience as we look a lot of time to decide what we wanted, then finally with your help it turned out great. We recommend sleep and dream to everyone that is looking for new furniture.

So me and my wife went to this ^store^ to buy a dining table which was 1499$ ,after we went to Leons where the exact same table was 599.
When we came back and told the customer service people that you guys are selling it for 800$ more we were told in a very rude manner to go away.
These people are scam artists who want to steal your money 
me and my wife were very frustrated by the incompetence,product knowledge of stuff in 0 with a tendency to negative number,rude ,and street like attitude
I Would never recommend anyone spending there money here , any other furniture store is better than this

wow they are so amazing at helping me find the furniture I needed for my house. the lady here was very polite and she had a very good eye for design. she helped me a lot with making sure the colour schemes of my house will work with the furniture bought. I defintely recommend this store!!

ALL VIEWERS ON WEBSITE MUST READ PLEASE!! It will SAVE you your time and money!!!!! Terrible experience!!!! Just a few days ago my mother made a $150 deposit to a dining set that she was going to purchase from this store however they did not have it in stock so the manager had to make a special delivery order from Toronto. My mother decided just the following day after she made the deposit that she was not interested in the dining set and would like to have her deposit refunded and said she would like me to call and let the store manager know as she was very busy with work that day. Initially the store manager had informed my mother that there is going to be a fast delivery however, they would not be able to deliver the dining set and put the items into the truck until the next following week due to the weather conditions. My boyfriend and I called the store manager on behalf of my mother and had informed the manager of the cancellation right away she threatened my boyfriend  financially and said that there is no cancellation policy and I have to pay 35% restocking fee of the original purchase price which came out to roughly $400. My boyfriend then spoke to the manager on the phone and politely asked if we were not able to make the payments what would happen then. The female store manager replied I quote "there is a special law that enforces you to pay for this". Never in my life have I ever heard of this law! Also, my mother had never signed any contract or paperwork that she agreed to such a policy. After hearing this unheard of law I told her we will not make any further payments as we did not agree to such terms and then the manager hung up the phone and said she will not give us the deposit back and said I will see you in court. The following day, my boyfriend and I went to the Sleep and Dream store as my mother was not available and requested that we go speak to the store manager to get her deposit back. We arrived at the store to find only an employee who informed us that he does not have the money to return the deposit in his cash register and he opened his till and told us to come to the back to even show us and count how much money there was. We found that there was small cash left in the till and we agreed to talk to the owner of the store to ask for our deposit back over the phone as she was not in the store. The employee called the manager and my boyfriend talked to her and she was adamant that she will not return my mother’s $150 deposit and hanging up leaving with untasteful words to my boyfriend. After such rude behaviour  my boyfriend decided to call the police and as he was dialling 911 the employee snatched the phone out of his hand and threw it on the table and said wait a moment I will help you get your money back and so he called his boss once again only to find that she would only return the deposit if my mother came to the store two days later when she is available and requested that she must go ALONE without the support of my boyfriend and I (**We have a verbal recording of the manager and I on the phone guaranteeing me that she will give my mother her FULL $150 deposit**). On the day of my mother and father arrived at the store in the hopes of receiving her full deposit only to be disappointed and intimated as there were several security officers surrounding the store and she only received $75 in return as the manager told her that the items were already placed INSIDE of the truck thus required additional payments.  My mother is a very patient and understanding woman and wants to hear no arguments so being the nice person she is she agreed to the terms which I believe are unjust and unfair for all democratic Canadian society. I am sorry for all those reading this long comment, but I am like any other customer out there and deserve to be treated with full respect. Lastly, as the saying goes “the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!”  Be very careful with this store and PLEASE do not make any purchases with this store without careful consideration!!!
