I have always been a fan of Papa John's. This is my local store. My only real complaint is wait time on delivery and I'm sure that has to do with lack of staff so not much can be done about it. The food is consistently good. Decent variety in toppings. All in all I would continue to recommend Papa John's.Food: 4/5
This is probably the grossest and saddest thing ever. I wasn't really expecting much but cmon. This just bring the papa John's bar way lower. Glad we paid for extra grease and not mushrooms and cheese.

Delivery took over 90 minutes from order, over an hour in delivery time. Bear in mind I am less than 5 minutes away, within 1.5 miles. Website registered a pizza delivered, pizza shows up more than 15 minutes later and barely luke warm. This is genuinely the worst papa john's I have ordered from. Pro tip, order from anywhere else or toss a Jack's pizza in the oven. I would prefer to chew on a boot than waste my time and money at this location.
Waited over five hours for my pizza and called into the location to voice my concerns and the manager on duty just wasn't any help. She stated she will remake the pizza and send someone out and here it is the next day no pizza! No business from me ever again and i would make sure i spread the word. No work ethics at all here.
If I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered a cheese pizza… I had barely any topping and I only asked for 2. I maybe had 3 or 4 pieces of toppings on one slice of pizza… do better please!
Ordered in store. Observed workers preparing food without washing hands after handling things outside cooking area. Female was running hands thru long hair and massaging her face then tossing and stretching pizza dough without washing hands. Very shocking.
Ordered through their own site, they farmed out to Door Dash for delivery. the last 2 times i ordered, i ordered and paid for 3 extra Garlic sauce, as the entire family requires it... Received 1 Sauce both times. Very disappointing... called the store and some young kid answered and claimed they would call me back.... nothing. lost money and time.
The Papa John's app was not working tonight; online ordering was also not working. I had to call the store and spoke to someone to attempt to place my order. I explained this to the man who answered. Because I was attempting to order an online special, he told me I had to place my order online... I RE-explained that I tried ordering online multiple times already, hence me calling to order over the phone. He placed me on hold while exclaiming, "just a sec." After waiting 24 minutes on hold, the same man I could tell by the voice picked up, "Papa John's, how can I help you?" ...'um yes, this is the same guy you placed on hold over 20 minutes ago.' "...oh with the online order? Yeah, just a sec." Within about 5 seconds, I was placed on hold for a second time, I could hear the phone was picked up again, then immediately hung up...solid dial tone. The only thing this location did correctly tonight was drum up business for Marco's Pizza.
When we placed an order for delivery we received a confirmation that it was charged to the wrong card, with in 1.5 minutes we cancelled such order. Then we received a confirmation that they were working on our order. We called and was treated so disrespectfully over the phone it is unbelievable that this place is still in business, we will absolutely never order from this place again. Totally rude and untrained people today is what's wrong with our society and you can tell by her voice that she will NOT go far at all. If I could I would give it a negative review!
