Ordered via the app. Food was made quickly. Quality was good. Very hot. Used the QR code to open the locker with the food in it. Didn’t need any interaction with the staff. Seemed to me like this place was operating smoothly. I’ll be back for sure. Thanks for dinner.
We really enjoy the thin crust at Little Caesars, but unfortunately we will not be returning to this location after dealing with an unprofessional manager. We did not receive items in our order and one of our pizzas was wrong. It was a busy Friday so I went in to simply request a refund for the missing items and the pizza that was wrong, and explained one other pizza was fine and we did not need a refund for it. I was met with nasty looks and an attitude asking where the other pizza was to which I explained my three year old needed to eat and we had no problem with it and I could FaceTime my husband if need be to prove we had received it, to which she responded I can’t give refunds for separate items. Not sure how I was supposed to know this, and sounds like a faulty system on Little Caesars end, not something a customer should be punished for. I explained again I’m sorry we just had no problem with the other one so I didn’t think to bring it along. She rolled her eyes at me and asked for the order number which I gave then she printed out a receipt handed it to me and walked back to the back without another single word. She did in fact issue a refund for the full order, which I appreciate, but it could’ve been done with a little more kindness and sympathy. This interaction is enough to make us stay clear of this location indefinitely, even if we usually have a good experience with the food. Beware that if you happen to have an issue you must apparently return the entire order and will likely not have the best customer experience in the process.
This location was online orders only right now which works wonderfully for us. We put in our order on the app and went shopping. Only one person is there making the food and then handing it out to who comes in. He was very nice and doing a wonderful job being the only one. 10/10 will order from again.
Ordered online to avoid having to wait. Arrived 30 mins after placing my order, well after the estimated completion time provided online. Line of 7/8 people waiting to order, the pick up orders were not labeled by name on their system. So canceled out the idea of not having to wait. The poor kid at the counter was very overwhelmed and very slow moving with customers. Why advertise order online for no wait, if there is still a 15 minute wait to be able to grab your food and go? Sigh. I guess some things never change - this location has been notoriously spotty with customer service. Figured it’s been long enough to give them a try. Definitely won’t be back.
Arrived at 5:45pm for a hot-n-ready and workers in back ignored customers at register. finally, after waiting 15min, when we asked if they were taking orders they then told us online orders only. Why let people stand around for your advertised hot-and-ready deals and not even inform them you aren’t doing that? Wasted multiple people’s time and several walked out. If they were backed up, no one came to explain that. The workers said they weren’t going to come tell people because they’re busy making pizza. At least put up a sign! Seriously!
Gone are the days of hot and ready pizzas. Now when you stop in you have employees who look like they have been running their entire shift without a break. You have employees vaping while making your pizza, there are no gloves or hairnets in site and the amount of attitude coming from the employees is never ending. Everyone is told their food will be ready in 10 mins when in reality its closer to 30 mins and when you finally receive your pizza its raw in the middle. Save your money and time there are way better options for pizza in Waukesha
This is the worst place I've ever visited. So this is not the first time I had awful service at this location but they have the advantage it's the only Little Ceasars in this area. This is the second time I came in two nights in a row leaving with no pizza! First night I will give to them I came in about 10 minutes before they closed, but the rear area was already cleaned. She said they were slow and cleaned up early. Well then shut the "OPEN" light off. The second night was 25 minutes to close and they were not taking anymore orders and the on-line ordering was already shut down. I gone to the store to see if they were taking walk ins. Was greeted and told her what I wanted and was told no more orders were being taking fine then again turn off the"OPEN" sign ! Asked why and was told she doesn't have to explain anything to me and I should learn how to cook. Continued to tell her to F.... off and left. Why do I continue to go here? I have four Autistic kids they love Little Ceasars personally I think it's awful.
Tried calling, no one's there to pick up the phone. They seem to have muted there phone or not have any employees. In the past year that I've driven by to see if I could get something, it seems to be hit and miss whether or not this location will actually be open. Each time they have indicated that it's due to a shortage of employees. If things are really that bad at this location maybe they should permanently shut down so a different Little Caesars can open in Waukesha. Possibly one with BETTER OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT. I've only been able to order once in the last year due to their random closures, app not working, plainly not taking orders at the counter or by phone. It's like they hate customers.
This Little Cesar's location is hit or miss. They close at very random times. Staff can be very short and rude with customers. This location usually gets swamped during dinner hours so I'd definitely avoid it during those hours. The food is good for what you pay.Food: 4/5
I ordered multiple pizzas. When I showed up when it was ready, no one was in the store or was answering the phone. Terrible service!! Do not order. I went here a few weeks ago and they ran out of boxes?? AT A PIZZA PLACE?
