Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had issues with clogged shower and sink drains. We were able to get an appointment the following day. The service rep was courteous and fixed the plumbing quickly. I would highly recommend!

Had a series of different personnel help us with a flooded basement. They were quick to resolve the problem and get us back to as normal a life as possible. The water mitigation team was very helpful in explaining everything as they went and getting our basement clean and dry. The plumbers and excavators worked quickly to get pipes replaced same day. Overall pleasant experience and I would recommend them for anyone dealing with a similar situation.

Your technician Derrick, was on time. He located the main sewage trunk and went right to work. The experience for me was painless, I cant say the same for Derrick, pulling such large equipment around. He left no mess. I have never had such good work done in my home. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I manage a Goldfish Swim School and called on Wednesday evening as we were having trouble with 2 of our toilets backing up regularly over the past few days. Columbus was promptly here on Thursday morning and I was first blown away by his overall demeanor. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and carried himself with the utmost professionalism. Also, he was very easy to communicate with and listened intently at the problems we were having. Columbus also took the time to walk with me throughout the facility (inside and outside our building even!) so that he had a complete understanding of our facility and our other building's tenants as we share the space with 3 other businesses. He also educated me on so many things from our building tying into the city's main line to showing me detailed video of what he discovered. Columbus was able to provide me and our school's owner very specific details of our problems and also presented a very proactive approach to ensure we can prevent backups. Finally, Columbus understood and was extremely sympathetic to our school's members and made sure that the work he was doing didn't interfere with our business and also took extreme caution, keeping our member's safety in mind the entire time he was here. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Columbus to anyone and would like to say, Kudos to Roto-Rooter for employing such a wonderful person! Thank you so much, Columbus!

Roto_Rooter was fantastic. Day after christmas, with tons of family in town and staying at the house or basement toilet got backed up. They came right and fixed it in no time. Jake was fantastic, very personable and helpful in explaining what was going on. I would highly recommend him and the company for any of your issues. Thanks again for the quick and helpful service.
