Some times their prices beat home depot and lowes but their selection isn't near as good. And their setup was crappy 30 years ago. Want wood? Pay for it then drive to another part of the building to get it. Ugh. Then their returns. Bring your bill or you get a gift card with the last sale price. I thought when lowes bought them they'd drag them into the 21st century , but not yet.

Every time Ive been there, Ive had a terrible experience with staff. They are either too busy talking to each other to help or just plain rude (the older man at the wood counter was disgusting to me and my fiance). I will not even use them as a last resort.

Called on a Tuesday see if a product(Birthday gift) was available an employee stated it needed to be ordered and be in on Friday. I called on Friday(Today) and my order was not even on file. The person I spoke to advised me that 2 other Rona's have it in stock(out of my way) Thank you for the incompetence of your employees; great service!!!!!!!
