Nice home items, needs more of a variety in drapery, and bedroom sheet set fabric pattern choices .

I just called the store asking if they could check if a certain pair of curtains I was looking for was in stock. The woman (whose name was Bonnie I'm pretty sure) was rude and rushing me to the extreme saying that "checking for items was not a service they offer at Home Sense". I find that interesting considering I just called many Home Sense locations in Toronto and Mississauga and everyone happily assisted me. I find it hilarious that Bonnie in Eastgate Square, Hamilton considers herself too "busy" to help where employees on Bloor Street in Toronto were eager to help. She also hung up on me shortly after I said that I was offered help when I called the other stores. The duration of our call (27 seconds) clearly shows the rush Bonnie was in. This lazy sales associate should be fired immediately.

Amazing selection of items, even the small amount of food they sell is fantastic and well priced. They even have organic and gluten free foods that taste great. I personally love the pet section, only place you can find an organic or environmentally friendly dog toy. Clothes for dogs are really cute too, wish they had the selection of dog clothes like they used to though. They were also super kind to allow my dog entry when carried in on the day I took her for her santa photos in the mall. Someone else carried their big dog in too, so cute. Bought my lamp here and its the most beautiful thing in my bedroom. It is a lot cheaper than Pier 1 Imports with a lot of beautiful items that make seasonal decorating easy.
