Store and the products are really good. Thank you for that. Your Cashiers are also polite and friendly. But your manager Ms. Heather is on some cloud 9 huh!!! Such an attitude from a Store manager??? Wow.. i don’t know weather she is like this only or just have a racist problem I wouldn’t comment on that but your previous manager was way better.nYou are in customer service ma’am. Please be welcoming to your customers so that they return.

Loved this outlet. So many stuff is on clearance. I am moving so got really good deal on kitchen items.

A decent Homesense. I went in looking for wrapping paper and a vase or a platter. No luck on the vase or platter. A few there but a little tacky for my liking. I found the one in Ancaster had a better selection but I haven’t been there for a while.nnI did find nice wrapping paper at a fairly good price. The lineup was very quick and the girl behind the counter was both pleasant and helpful.nnI do recommend this location if looking for most, but not all items you may be hoping a Homesense carries.

Had a very pleasant experience today.nFound some interesting merchandise and Homesense never fails to yank at my wallet. Also wanted to say that Shiela the cashier was very personable and professional. Hope to see her on cash more often we need friendly and bubbly personalities. Thank you Shiela for the amazing service.
