Canadian Tire

The store itself is good but this one star is for the auto repair service. I had made an appointment on Nov 2 or 3rd to have my car repaired on the Nov 12. I brought it in at 9:30 and after waiting 5 hrs i was told that they still hadn't had the time to touch it. I waited an entire week for this appointment and had quite a bit of work to do on my car I'm sure. I was assisted by an older guy and a young girl(seems new). The young girl was nice but the older guy seemed like he was already having a long day. I know this review won't mean anything to Canadian Tire and its not really intended to but I hope it will help other folks realize what they may be walking into. I'm also very happy that I got to keep my money. I rescheduled with them to be polite but I don't think I will be doing anymore auto repair at this location. I gave them a shot and they failed.

I went to Canadian Tire to browse their large selection of high quality products at a great price. Upon arrival I noticed that their CANVAS Octavia™ Octagonal Gazebo was marked down to an astonishing price. Shortly after, an employee with the structure of Vin Diesel and the charm of Ryan Gosling approached me, and with an intoxicating yet subtle tone asked "May I help you?" I believe his name was Dawson. After requesting my item, this gentleman jumped right to the punch and from the back of the store he extracted a large two piece gazebo. What was even more impressive was that he was carrying these two boxes, which were much bigger than him, with just one arm! In short time we made it to the cashier which I then paid for my amazingly priced gazebo. He then helped me carry it out to my car, which was inconveniently parked at my house 15 km away. We walked all the way to my house while he carried it the whole way without breaking a sweat and never erasing the smile on his face. As a thank you, I offered him a $1000 tip and he kindly refused saying "Anything for a customer." I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this Canadian Tire. The customer service was exceptional.

Well stocked store, poor service. Had one cashier for a lineup of more than 10 people, and she was busy with at reception desk. (2 other employees at this desk, looking at lineup building). Never again....

I got a great deal on Michelin X-ice tires, but it took them 2.5 hours to install them! It's winter time....you have winter tires on sale....you should have staff to cover tire installation!!!!

Went to 3 different C.T. stores. Upper James best for organization. Followed by Queenston Road. Rydal was absolutely horrible!!!
