This is the biggest, most well stocked Canadian Tire outlet I've visited in recent years. Garden center was moved to the parking lot to accommodate many, many annuals and perennials. Good selection. Great prices...

Took my Van in for an oil change. Job was completed and I took it home. Walk out the next day and my drive way is covered in oil. Open the hood and everything is covered in oil. Turns out they overfilled the oil. Call them up and they give me a free oil change. So I decided to give them another chance and bring it back when it come due again. I show up to my scheduled appointment, wait over an hour and my van hasn't even left the parking lot. I had another appointment so I got my keys back and left. Never going back.

I was tempted to give these guys a one-star rating, but you'll soon understand why I upgraded it to two stars. I traveled for forty minutes to this location to buy an item, which according to their website, they had five in stock. When I got there, I couldn't find it. So I asked a floor customer associate. He advised me to check with their customer service desk. So I did just that. The lady behind the customer service desk was an older blonde. She punched up my item in their system, but couldn't find it either. Then she paged a gentleman and he went into the warehouse to look for said item. I waited for about fifteen minutes (roughly) before he informed me he couldn't find any in the warehouse, and that the online inventory count on their website must have been off. I would've given them only one star, but at least they made an honest effort to look for my item. Sometimes they don't even do that, so I am grateful for that. It would've been easy to give them one star, but I wanted to recognize the efforts they put in to assist me. I guess I will chalk this up to being a friendly reminder that even when things are done online, hiccups can happen. Oh well, at least I got to enjoy a nice morning drive, and that open road. :)

Shady service department! They charged me $140 for a four wheel alignment. Later on I came to find out only the two front tires on my vehicle can be aligned and I should’ve only been charged for a front wheel alignment. I guess it’s my fault for not knowing any better and trusting them. They see a young person and try to take advantage...sad!

Went in for a product in the flyer that they had 109 of on stock. This was true however they were all located on the very top of the shelving units. Looked like there were lots of staff, but all avoiding us including 2 people that looked like managers, so we left, went to Walmart instead and got it cheaper!
