Purchased the "Prestige" Duvet and a duvet cover with matching shams. We've had it for about 4 weeks and the feathers in the duvet have shifted from panel to panel leaving many panels empty. This also shows an uneven and lumpy cover on the bed. The stitching on the duvet cover is starting to come apart leaving it rather cheap and tattered looking. The stores solution for fixing the panels is to shift the feathers back into the panels they came out of or I can take it to them and they will do it for me. Seriously, I'm suppose to take it in for adjustment every 4 weeks? I didn't even mention the cover and just left it at that.
