Overall experience was pleasant. In the process of doing a home renovation and there selection is not bad. Pricing is great, but the customer knowledge on specific products seems to be lacking. Would definitely shop here again, just do your research on the item before buying.

Most of the staff are completly useless. Had to actually chase one down to help find what I was looking for. When I did get his attention and asked where I could find the item I was looking for he snapped back at me isle 11 which was right in front of us. I had to ask if he could show me and he actually growled. Took me to where the items were said right there and walked away. I had watched this clown walk around the area for the 10 minutes I was wo seeing up and down the ilse doing nothing. I left the cart with about $200 of other goods right there and walked out. Not the first time for this kind of service from Airdrie HD employees but it is the last for me. Went down to Lowe's got everything I had at HD which came with excellant customer service. The it reason I would return to HD in Airdrie would be to fill.a cart with product and leave it so they can waste the time restocking their shelves with it.

What you expect from a Home Depot except their paint department. They do a really cool thing here, and I assume they do it on purpose because I've noticed it a couple of times. It seems like when they make a mistake with the smaller cans of paint (which happens to any paint shop) they try to retint them to either pink or blue, as opposed to a muddy beige that you would typically see. They are just PERFECT for kids projects - and of course they are really cheap which helps mom and dad! I picked up a small can of both pink and blue and some fence boards - today we are making bird houses and my son and daughter will get to paint them with their favourate colors. Right on guys, this is really cool!

We bought a gas stove, have bought flooring, had carpet installed, as well as a lot of other products. We are always happy with the products, prices and customer service. And the convenience of Home Depot being in Airdrie means we can always get what we need without going to Calgary :)
