RONA

For our company We will use this Rona as our very last resort I have made it company policy to limit our purchases here do to Numerous bad experiences with extremely rude and unprofessional staff and management Over the years (I hate putting everyone in the same category as there are also a couple of management/staff there that are top notch and not sure why they haven’t moved on to better things ) I have not voiced my opinion in a public form before today but once my staff told me what happened this morning I have realized something has to be said One of my staff members went to pick up a couple of items this morning as they open at 7 And apparently was there five minutes before the store opens he didn’t notice people we’re going in and out of the store doors so he proceeded inside to get items he was approached by very rude staff while in the store And very Rudely saying they weren’t open yet he apologized but yet he was approached again after this person went to a managerhe Proceeded to tell him that he would not be served at the counter until exactly 7 AM and how did he get In there He apologized and explained he didn’t realize it was still closed but it was one minute before they made him stand at the counter and refused to open the till until 7 hit I’m got a lot of staff Some of them are little gruff With the gentleman that was in there this morning is the nicest guy and never makes a big deal out of anything but he was mad by the time he left Absolutely uncalled for and ridiculous So disappointed I would’ve thought there would’ve been changes over the years

I drive to Camrose Rona as opposed to Leduc Rona which is closer for the service I receive at Camrose Rona is the best. Very helpful staff always willing to help. Manager is excellent to deal with and no issues ordering or picking up and getting service. I have been dealing with this store since it was Totem (over 15 years now) and will continue to drive there to get what I need.

Great customer service. Helped with getting the paint I needed and also offered some suggestions. Scratch and save is an awesome event.

Good experience for all visits. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, from the service department, checkout clerks to the yard workers. No problem returning and/or exchanging items.

I happily drive 90 minutes to shop here. The staff, online ordering and pick ups are just the tip of this well run iceberg. To top it all off, the lumber yard (and pricing) is compared to none in the area!
