Canadian Tire

Today I was pleasantly surprised by the service that was afforded to me at Canadian Tire. I had been in the store twice before, looking for tire chain cables for my truck. I was told both times that this specific store did not carry them. A friend of mine , assured me that they did have them, and that I was talking to a customer service rep that did not know enough about what I wanted. I went back in today and asked a wonderful lady named Wendy about what I was looking for. Wendy proceeded to tell me that she knew what I wanted, but was not quite certain where to find them. Wendy looked for not much more than 5 minutes and found exactly what I was looking for. I am so impressed with the service I received today, that I can not even express how happy I am about it. It is very nice when you can walk into a store and the customer service rep greets you with a smile and listens intently at your request. Wendy went on to guide me to 3 more items that would have taken me a long time to find. I was in and out of the store with everything I wanted and more within 20 minutes. I am a very happy and satisfied customer right now. ☺ Thank you very much Wendy, you made my day so much better. Sincerely Mark Scabar

Elderly cashier scanned my item twice and I tapped to pay without looking at the total.. Didn't notice it was off. Honest mistake, sure. Proceeded to argue with me about her mistake at which point I was directed to customer service where I waited 15 min to get $9 back on my card. Hire more staff. It's always ridiculous here, never had a simple experience.

The Camrose Canadian Tire checkouts now claim they dont have plastic bags and so try to sell you a woven bag for $1. I find this practise reprehensible.

Got what I needed, payed for it quickly and out. The parking lot is congested. Goes with being successful
