My experience with the young girls at the tills has always been good. I’ve done a few returns and they have always been so helpful and friendly.nHowever, I had a bad experience with a manager here. He yelled at me for having my arms full and dropping a bag of salt, he told me “that’s what carts are for.” I felt ashamed and very embarrassed. Everyone goes into stores with the intention of just grabbing one or two things and getting carried away.

I bought roller skates for my son. I couldn't find them on the shelf, but I asked the cashier and they were very helpful. In the end, I was able to buy a gift for my son. The staff's assistance was fantastic. My family will definitely come back when needed.

Absolutely useless staff!! Needed a part for a water heater I bought there less than a year ego, took more than 1/2 hour on the computer to tell me that they never heard of that water heater model! Good thing we have Emco!

Did not know Canadian tires were independently owned, we had purchased a tent with missing poles , took it to camrose to exchange for another and we weren’t able to which was not the issue , the “manager” was rude , honestly felt like he was trying to make me look stupid but two can play at that game ! I don’t care if people have scammed in the past NOT all people are scammers ! Witnessed the cashier on till 1 treat an elderly couple absolutely rude , seriously if you don’t enjoy your job do us a favour and find something you enjoy!

I went to the garden section to find a cute plant for my mom for Mother’s Day I noticed a whole bunch of plants in the trash and since I’m good with flowers I decided to ask if I could bring them home since plants are living things so I very politely asked and the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me and refusednthrowing perfectly good living things out is extremely wasteful and completely unethical especially if there’s someone who’s willing to have a solution the earth is polluted enough already and for the record I’ve asked this at other green house areas and I’ve never had this issue and even if it’s completely not allowed there was NO reason to treat me that way I would’ve been a regular customer here and buy lots of flowers but after that I will never come back I’ve been crying in my car after this the one worker was nice it was very specifically the manager that was mean
