Great service. Omar took the time to find out what we were looking for and gave us many options to choose from. The price was reasonable and the furniture is good quality. When delivered, the guys were respectful, prompt and friendly.
I was trying to look for a couch with some friends but we were approached by I’m assuming the manager and he told us “this isn’t a play area you have to be respectful and you can leave anytime you want.” We we’re just looking around and we were trying to find a couch, we weren’t even loud or anything so I have no idea what that was about, I’m assuming he thinks younger people can’t buy furniture I’m 16 but there’s no way you could be confident in distinguishing us from freshmen in university so I guess I’ll go look for a couch in Edmonton instead it’ll probably be way cheaper and I won’t get told to leave
A great place to shop for furniture or those finishing touches like pictures so many choices and designs, and prices were very reasonable. Murray was so friendly and helpful and showed me different options.
The employee was amazing and helped so much. However the manager offered us 10% off on a damaged piece which only took off $35 from the whole set. The 10% discount meant there would be no warranty on it. So we decided to pay the $35 because having no warranty was not worth that. We felt that he could have bent the rules for the warranty since we would have only gotten $35 off anyways or he could have given us a store credit instead of the 10% off if the times couldn't be bent. But he was very firm

Quality of furniture was great however it comes with a heavy price tag as well. Options in the discounted section were reasonable as well. Staff was very cooperative,
I would definitely come back to purchase furniture or appliances at this Konto store. Michelle gave us great information on the furniture we were interested in. Then she managed to get us a chair we really wanted way earlier than we expected, through her being proactive on our behalf. The delivery people were very pleasant and considerate.
Everyone at this store is great. I had great service. I would go back next time I need something. Thank you.
Absolutely amazing staff at this location in Camrose. Murray and his staff make my shopping for furniture a pleasurable one. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else !!! I really enjoy walking through the store without having bothersome sales people stalking me . Thank you
Konto Camrose made furniture shopping very easy, they have excellent selection and very helpful staff. Omar, went out of his way to send us photos of in-stock options for our home. When we visited in person, he and all staff at Konto Camrose were welcoming and attentive. We are very happy with our purchases and would highly recommend shopping here.
