I went into the Camrose Walmart to buy the Complete Series of Friends. When I found the DVD set it was priced at $70 on shelf label. And yes I double checked the information on both the DVD set and the shelf where I grabbed the DVD set from. The shelf label said “Complete Friends Series the 25th Anniversary” When I got to the till the price jumped to $100 which it was not advertised as. After standing and waiting for 5 - 10 minutes, all the manger had to say was “The bar code doesn’t match and it’s not the same set as the the 25th anniversary set”. Both sets include all disc’s from season 1 to season 10. So, pretty much the only reason they wouldn’t sell us the DVD set for $70 was because the DVD set didn’t say “The 25th Anniversary” on it. Nothing but excuses were made and thrown at me. I would recommend double checking your receipts after your groceries, etc have been scanned through the till. As they are pricing things lower then their systems actually has them priced at. Or simply take your business else where, if they can’t price things properly or provide actual explanations for things then they should hire better management. Walmart is completely at fault for falsely pricing their products, and should have sold us the set for the price they had advertised as. I’m completely discussed with the management at the Camrose Walmart.
Lost a star for locking the doors at one end of the store 45 minutes before closing. Lost the rest for doing it in front of me, then telling me to walk to the other end of the store "if I want to leave." One star back for the useful employee that came to let me out. Walmart of all places can afford to keep doors unlocked and staffed during business hours. I'm not even sure fire code allows them to lock half the exits in a building that size. Pics are when they dumped tens of thousands of dollars worth of food when coolers failed, rather than donating it or giving it to staff. Coolers were still cold & nothing was wrong with the food when they tossed it. Ridiculously wasteful.
No complaints, maybe more till workers but that's what we get for complaining about getting minimum wage to fill bags, so gotta work there yourself and ring your own items though, should mean our groceries should be cheaper if they are paying less employees seeing as it was a rolling cost and the machines were a one time cost, so eventually the machine will pay for itself and therefor they should mark groceries down accordingly seeing as there are a Billion Walmarts..... Also why doesn't Walmart sell shelving space to locals? Insane that Walmart just sells space but won't even sell it to real humans, just big rich corporations... I try not to shop at Walmart, cus yeah! Shop Local Everyone!
Good selection, always someone around to ask a question and they have the answer. No complaints. Meat selection is quite scarce though.

Probably the most stocked Walmart I've visited. Great variety of seasonal product, which is why we were there. Could have more Blu-ray options The self check-out staff was really friendly and helpful
Literally disappointed with them i went to customer service that our burger king is freezing and they are just telling like we will talk to the manager and our food is getting cold and customers are complaining about food and employees are getting sick who gonna pay for if employees are getting sick i wont ever recommend to come this Walmart

Visiting the Camrose store was ok today until we went to leave .. Greeters please greet the customers. As a regular customer your company doesn't mind taking our money but try to leave the store it's another thing . To stand in a customers way and demand to see their reciept and want to sign it..? Absolutely not. We paid for our stuff and was watched like a hawk by your worker over there at self check out. We even requested assistance from the self check out person. If you feel there's something not right call the authorities and when I prove you wrong I want more than an apology. Alot of other Walmart's do not make the customer feel this way. Today our purchase well over $200. Why not change the wording and ask what your really thinking. Thank you for shopping at Camrose Walmart and hey you steal anything today? P.s. get outta my way and you have no right to block my coming or leaving your store. I have not done anything wrong. Obviously like I told your greeter my reciept for products we purchased makes them mine. It is no longer Walmart's property. Now go do your job and find the real thiefs in your store. Human Rights you violate mine everytime. Greeter definition to greet customers coming and going. It don't mean harass someone that regularly supports your store and just might help to pay staff greeters. Self check out facial video against the privacy of people. Kindly remove video taping. It's a privacy issue Say no I do not consent to this..
Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with! Multiple times I've tried to return items they sold me with a receipt and they won't honor the products they sell!?! What a joke, it's easy to see how they make billions of dollars a year in profit! Easy when you refuse to let customers return brand new sealed items with a receipt!! Never shopping here ever again!
