I'm a head shot photographer and I get many of my supplies here. I deal with John a lot, in the framing Department upstairs. Since this is a new part of my business he's been integral and giving me the information I need to make informed decisions. The rest of the staff are equally nice and a pleasure to deal with. So far I found everything I was looking for and the things I couldn't, the staff or more than happy to help me find. It's a good location just south of the North York Centre subway station. I recommend you get the app and use the coupons they offer for some additional savings. Thanks again John, and all the staff at this location, for making each of my visits a pleasure.

Not their best retail spot. Parking is difficult. 2 floors. Not as good of selection as other box store locations. Still, good deals to be had.

I'd say a very good store, with lots of gift and art supplies. However, their variety is isn't the best, but their crew were very friendly, and their helpfulness is appreciated.

Michaels is fine for some craft stuff but this location is spread out over 2 floors and the escalator situation is sort of confusing, you have to walk way around to find where to get on. Also, I find everything to be extremely expensive here. I was looking for sharpies and was shocked at the price, then found them for a fraction of the price at Staples. But if you need some weirdly specific art/craft stuff and don't care how much it costs, Michaels is a safe bet.
