My posters were normal paper and were identical to a set you had previously hot laminated after your employee bled on my poster. I did not use any foul language at your store or on the phone that is a complete lie.

My order was done quick and with high quality. I uploaded the wrong file and the team got back to me within minutes to correct. Great communication, highly recommended!

I went to this location to pick up an order. When I entered the store, the person at the desk was on the phone on what seemed to be a personal call. He was laughing and chattering away in a language I didn't recognize, and ignoring me completely. We were the only two people there and I was standing in front of him. This went on for several minutes. When it finally seemed to dawn on him that I was not leaving, he put the other person on hold and retrieved my order. He seemed annoyed when I asked for a receipt and threw my change on the counter. I was appalled by the poor customer service and will ensure that my organization does not use this location again.

Horrible customer service, very unclear and rude. I will never go back to this location and do not recommend it to anyone. Very disappointed.
