Went for the Canucks/Capitals game. Aside from the fact we won and the game was thrilling to watch from the 4th row, Roger's Arena is just a fantastic venue. From security to staffing to the beautiful and comfy new seats, this place is just great. The jumbotron is one of the most spectacular I've seen ever!! Money well spent to keep the place looking new and alive!! Love this place. So proud it's in Vancouver!!
My first trip to Canada. All I can say is wow!! What a beautiful country. The people, so very polite. The streets in downtown Vancouver, the cleanest I’ve ever seen in a large city. Went to Roger’s Arena to see my favorite band Korn perform on my birthday October 1st. Epic show as always and I caught a guitar pick at the end of the show!!! The Arena itself was so well organized and had excellent staffing. So many merch booths that there was barely a line at any of them. The amount of beer dispensing booths was astonishing, seemed like there was one every 20 or 30 feet and again, no lines!! Also a large bar with hard alcohol great prices and knowledgeable fast bartenders. Lots of seating to people watch before the show. Every concert venue in the United States should be taking notes from Roger’s Arena, they know what they are doing!! The only complaint I have, and it was probably my own fault, was the parking. I paid in advance for garage parking, I was aware that it was underground parking, no issue there. When we arrived I realized my 4 Runner was not going to fit. Had to back up the ramp, inconvenient, and ask the other cars that had pulled in behind us to back up as well. Of course the Canadians behind us were very polite and accommodating. Found a different lot and had to pay again for parking as there were no attendants in sight to possibly explain our situation to. I did double check the parking website and no where on it did it list any height restrictions for any of their parking areas. I did attempt to contact someone about a refund, never did hear back. Other than the one issue I have nothing but great things to say about Roger’s Arena and Vancouver BC in general. Thanks for the great memories Canada! Until next time!
So much fun at the Canucks game.nThe Canucks public address announcer, Al Murdoch, and the rest of the game presentation team set up a great event and really get the home crowd going. Thanks for the all the fun and showing us all the behind the scenes action. Met some really nice people. Thank you so much. Team store is awesome!
Pretty good place overall. Lots of sports and concerts held here. Concession is pricey but some of the food is good. Fun experience and lots of good seats in the arena. Worth trying out an event at least once.
Was at Rogers Arena for the Twice concert. Soundtrack was delayed, so we ended up waiting outside for an additional 45 minutes before doors were open.. loved the 360 stage set up inside. The gigantic screens were great. The encore lounge was amazing. The food was really good, I loved having a table in front of me during the concert, and the large cushion seats were super nice as well!! Also really enjoyed not having to get into massive line ups for the washroom.
