Rodeway Inn & Suites

Gentleman that checked us in barely spoke. He ended up charging our card twice and grumbled when I pointed it out. Got to our room and dropped stuff off. Carpet was very dingy. We left for appointments right away and returned later that evening. We reserved 2 queen beds and did not get the type of room that we requested. When we pointed this out to the front desk person in the morning she stated that I was wrong and we got a large room. Let her know that I could grab my confirmation and she stated that full beds were the same as queen and again pointed out that we had extra floor space. Ended up checking out a day early because of the way we were treated by the staff. It was a horrible experience

Stay away. So many things wrong here. This place is dirty. There was gross debris on the walls. The bathroom has cigarette burns and is barely big enough for you to shower. After one night we decided to cut our losses and pay to go stay at Marriott. It was so bad we didn't even care that we had prepaid and were losing money. Oh, and they double charged our credit card. Terrible.

Rea who manages the place was outgoing and super sweet!! We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. We slept very well in our relaxing bed. Cute little town with friendly people. Outdoor pool, clean rooms, and hot breakfast. Good prices too!! Stay here and you'll be glad you did!!

Staff was kind and helpful, pool was heated, breakfast was minimal but included waffles. Room was hot; we had to get a fan to cool down. Works for an overnight stay.

Booked a room for me and my 4 kids (on the Choice Hotels Website) A few hours before we were to arrive after traveling for many hours they called to tell me they had overbooked and that I would not have a room. What I also found out was that there was a soccer event in town and all the rooms around the area were sold out. I speculate that they had raised their room rates and sold it to someone willing to pay more than I did. Treatment of their guests in this manner doesn't go any lower. I am a Diamond member of theirs also. In reading other reviews I am seeing I am not alone in not getting the room I booked. Choice Hotels removes rooms from their website availability even if it is just sitting in someone's checkout cart to prevent overbooking so it was not the website but rather the hotel that took the room away from me.
