Clean room, friendly staff, and great price. Couldn't ask for more. No frills...but I'm happy with the trip and would stay again.

Nancy, at the front desk, made a reservation for me over the phone and I have never had such great service trying to reserve a hotel room. Nancy and the staff at this hotel were fabulous and I am very grateful for them. They made this process smooth and enjoyable!

Checked in on a Friday night for a two night stay and asked about a late check out for Sunday. Daughter was riding her bike in a benefit ride for MS. Was told to check Sunday morning. Daughter asked about late check out on Saturday after finding out that she would start her ride at 6:45 AM. Was told could not answer and would need to check in AM. Sunday AM was informed that day crew would not arrive til 7AM. Received phone message at 10AM that policy was any check out after 11AM checkout would be charged an additional day. We were strung along for two days and then finally told "policy". Had asked to check out by 1PM and in the end could have checked out by 12 noon.

I wasn't expecting much from this place but it was pleasantly surprisingly nice. The floors were wooden, which I have never experienced in a hotel, but I liked it. Good shower. Only thing was the beds weren't that comfortable. If you sat on them they squeaked and you sink into them. When you lay down they're not as bad. Also no Kleenex, and the shower towels are quite small. Not a huge deal though.

I asked if they took AAA they said yes but they did not add the discount to my bill. They put me in a pet room on the third floor which was very difficult to have my dogs go up and down to go potty I was at very far away from the elevator. I ask the front desk if they had a luggage cart to make it easier for me to bring my luggage and other items up shesaid "I think we do but I'm not sure, and if we do I have one I have no idea where it is where under construction" I said it's very hard being up on the third floor plus being disabled did nothing. Then after all that I locked myself out of my room so I had to go back down to the front desk and ask for a key I was so frustrated sore and upset I was crying she handed me a new key card and said "oh I'm sorry it'll get better tomorrow"
