Budget Host

this hotel is a steal. very cheap and well maintained. Their was a slight issue with the heat in ate room but the manager moved us and made it right. He is very friendly and comedic. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. the beds are nice for what you pay. spent 55 on a 2 bed room you can't beat that.

The beds were comfy... But their customer service principals are terrible. They're polite but just their business principals were terrible. I stayed here 8 days for work at $40 per night (their weekly rate). Then I needed to stay 3 more n7ghts for a total of 11 nights and they said my rate would be full price at $62 per night plus tax... never in my life have i been charged a single night rate during a long stay. Plus their dryers didnt work. They refunded my quarters but mu clothes were already wet from being washed. So i had to rewash them the next day at a laundromat. I didn't pay their full price. I left and I'll never stay here again.

THERE IS NO POOL AT THIS HOTEL AS ADVERTISED ONLINE. You get what you pay for. If you just need a cheap place to crash I recommend this place. If you don’t like stains, hair on sheets and holes in towels don’t stay here. It provides everything you need for the night. A roof over your head, a shower, a bed and a small coffee pot. PROS: The AC in our room worked GREAT & there is Wi-Fi. Kim’s restaurant is across the street, it’s not glamorous but the food is decent and the prices are reasonable (I recommend trying breakfast there). There are also 2 bars in walking distance. CONS: The room we got smelled, you can tell the carpets have not been shampooed in years, both of the beds in my room had hair on the sheets (both pet hair and human hair) makes me believe the top blanket does not get washed after every checkout, the ceilings in the bathroom had tons of yellow spots and hair sticking to the walls (Not just hair from your head), the white shower curtain in the bathroom had tons of stains, the towels were clean but had brown/yellow/black stains on most of them as well as holes, we stayed 4 nights with 3 people and we were questioned why we needed more toilet paper when we ran out (Well do I need to go into detail as to why? And why do you feel as an owner that its ok to ask that?, they had a child (one of the owners sons) working the front desk on more than one occasion he could not be more than 8/9 years old and I did not feel comfortable having a child running my credit card or checking us out from the room when we left. I understand teaching your children the family business and having them stay busy in the summer but there are other things around the hotel that he could be doing instead of working the front desk. The continental breakfast is 2 options of cold cereal, coffee & toast. The room that the continental breakfast does not have AC so it’s warm and muggy in the summer with a smell of old Indian spices, it’s not a pleasant smell first thing in the morning that’s for sure.

the man at the front desk is 12 and he is nice even though i tried to give him a tip he refused and i had a great night
