Comfort Inn & Suites

I am not a review writer, but this one needed a review! This place is not friendly, not clean and the front desk girl checking us in was annoyed that she had to work because her boyfriend was there hanging out with her. She didn't apply our discount as we had asked and assured us it had been done. When we figured out the mistake the surly manager was extremely reluctant to correct her employees error because "it makes a mess". Well if the night staff had been present and helpful then I wouldn't be having to ask for the price to be corrected as promised. Terrible customer service from the top down! We were a quiet and polite bunch and will never stay here again! I suggest you do the same!

This is a lovely, new Comfort Inn and they have done a nice job maintaining the property. Several minor complaints that speak to their attention to detail - the fitness room was out of water, both clocks in the fitness center and swimming pool area were wrong. Biggest complaint is that the website listed this property as pet-friendly and they were, in fact, pet-free. Our animal stayed in the car on a bitter November night.

Excellent stay here . The room was clean and cozy. As a mom I am extremely picky and I was very pleased. Cozy beds and big fluffy pillows. Also a nice private large bathroom ! Breakfast was superb as well with many choices ! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and updated. Friendly staff. Riley was at the counter and extremely helpful. Pool area clean with plenty of towels. Fresh cookies and lemon water at entrance. We had a suite, providing plenty of room for our family. Fridge and microwave in room. TV in both main living area and bedroom. Drove down to an amazing dinner at Wyoming Cattle Creek. breakfast options were plentiful (eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, doughnuts). We'd definitely come back.

Awful experience. First, we were placed in a room with no air conditioning (i.e. sauna level heat). The overnight clerk offered to call maintenance the next day. When we complained again, she said she had no ability to change anything because was unable to reach the manager. After we came to the lobby and made a fuss, we were finally moved to another room. The manager had never responded to the clerk's calls. The next day, when we got back to the hotel, our keys no longer worked. The manager gave us new keys; however, at that point we asked to pay to switch to a larger room (having left not one item in our freshly cleaned room). She refused with no description of the reason. When I went to write a review in the Choice Hotel system, I found that our reservation had been removed, which meant no review could be added. When I complained about this, the manager claimed to have no knowledge about the app - and also no boss who could be notified. Also, the beds are far too soft, which was a large part of the reason the original room size did not work.
