Not good service unfortunatelyr Rentalcar They cancelled my reservation without any notices despite the fact that they deducted money from the card and the reservation was still active in their application. I found out this when I came to pick up the car. They offered me to book the same car at double price. So, I spent a lot of time there. I wouldn't recommend to use their service.

Unfortunately I can't give zero star. This was one of the worst service experiences in my life. Arrogant guy without any interest in customers. We ask for a car for the weekend, but because of this behaviour we left the shop without any car. I can recommend Rent car plus in the centre instead. I suggest to Budget company to close the branch.

Very good service. Only 10 mins of paperwork then I get my car keys. The car I rent was a Skoda Citygo Volkswagen Go is clean and in good condition and only 30 Euro for 24 hrs I pay another 35 euro for full Insurances. Only drawback was the carpark. It took me some time to locate the car! Photo was taken on the return point

I have never ever witnessed such a disgraceful service. I am waiting for 2.5 hours in line to get the car i already reserved in advance!!!!!!!!!!! How can it be? I demand a compensation!!!

Very pathetic service. I am sure I will not use it ever again and I would not recommend anyone to use it. I had booked a car at there center at main train station Prague. Once I signed the contract I was informed to go to the parking and that the car keys will be provided by the person there. But once I reached there the person there informed me that the car is still not there and it is expected to be there in 10 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I went back to the reservesation counter. Person there was so un professional he was not even willing to cancel the booking. After waiting for almost 1 hour and only after having an argument the person cancelled the booking. Just to add I was not the only one facing this problem. There was another person who was waiting for a car for more than 1 hour. He was lucky than me as he atleast got the car after one hour of waiting So I would recommend to book car from service provider like sixt. They charge a bit more but for sure provide a much better service than budget rental. Still if someone tries to book via budget rental, one should ensure to atleast see the keys before signing the contract. This would save you some hassle. But still be ready for surprise. As one one of the family there had got the keys but the car was very dirty as it just had been returned. So they had to argue at reception to get the car cleaned and also to get the pick up time updated in the contract So if you plan to book a car from budget rental, be ready for an adventure: For me I had to cancel my trip today and so utilized the same in writing such big review for the agency. Hope it helps someone and save one from going through such torture.

Overall I always have a positive experience with this Budget location. Cars are usually not the newest but certainly not old either, they are clean and decently priced. A no-nonsense car rental agency.

Avoid at all costs. Front desk staff are incredibly rude. I left a kindle in there and I am 100% sure they stole it. Realized I had left it in the car within 20 mins of leaving the business. I returned the next day and they stated it had not been found. Spend a little more and go with a reliable company with better reviews.

Can't say anything bad about renting a car at budget. Free reservation, no fees if you don't show up. I did everything there in their office in the central station, nothing online. They 'charge' your credit card for around 700€ as a deposit, but they only get the clearance for that and don't actually charge it. Still your credit card need to have the money available. Car itself was clean and good. Price was the best I found in Prague, if you want to go to a different country around 30€ extra charge for that, but Sixt e.g. is much more expensive.

• Good experience in this car rental company : easy online booking, no hidden costs or desagreeable surprise, short waiting time and quick service at the counter, no pushy upselling and an nice extra tip: a loop video displaying how to walk to the parking lot. Just film it with you smartphone and you're set easy-peasy. We got upgraded for free on an automatic station-wagon Skoda Fabia. There was someone cleaning and checking the cars at the parking land in case we had to mention any additional damage at the check-out. • The bad point is the lack of information about changes and unexpected events, such as maximum delay to pick-up the car if we're late, parking fines or speeding fines : I couldn't find anything about it on the website, neither the rental agreement paper and it happened we had one of these. Edit : I called the reservation center and had all the information I wish.

Absolutely horrendous service, don’t ever rent from there! They kept our deposit for the car for 3 WEEKS even though the car was returned without any issues! Nobody anwered calls or emails despite the numerous attempts to reach them
