Went to pick up food - I was in a good mood until I met the rude bartender. An easy task became complicated. I had four separate orders to pick up. She immediately told me she had only one in her system. She didn't even look but when she did she realized she had yup you guest it 4 separate orders! Then she rudely plopped the food with an attitude in front of me. The order was yup you guest it again - wrong! On top of that the "greeter/hostess" at the front desk when you walked in was busy reading a book instead of greeting and thanking people for business! Wow.
