Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Friendly place. Just the waiter touched my food with his index finger describing ways i could eat it. Other than that it was okay. Oh yeah he held it to his face to see if it was hot. Not really sure how to rate them. Now that i think about the experience.

Applebees is a pretty good place. Service is good. They seem to always have deals. Check them out. Makes it worth eatting at.

I went later in the evening. The service was great and the food was prepared well. Way better than some other Applebee's experiences I have had.

If we could rate the experience zero we would of. First we walked in and were told we could sit our party of 12 at a high top. When we told them yes they said okay give us 10 minutes. Then while waiting over 25 minutes some couple walked in and sat at the tables that were supposed to be sat for us. Instead of the management asking the couple to move they made our party wait another 25 minutes. So almost an hour waiting we got sat. After ordering food, the party slowly got there food one by one and messed up. Almost half of the dishes were wrong and missing items. When corrected it was still wrong. Management finally came around at the very end of dinner and its only because we had to return another dish and said we wanted it taken off of the bill. Whatever staff have started working here have no idea what they are doing and neither does the management. We will no longer be coming to Applebees for any occasion, date night or party's of 12.
