Sonic Drive-In

Not very friendly, or patient order taker. She kept cutting me off, saying "anything else" every time I said an item we were ordering. The order came out in a reasonable amount of time, but in her rush, while talking over me, asking "anything else", she didn't hear me order the second tater tots. And I didn't feel like dealing with her on the speaker again, so I just let it go. We had 24 boneless wings, a burger, a chicken sandwich, slushies, fries and tots. Everyone agreed, the food was good, temperature was good. I don't think 4 napkins were near enough for the amount of food we ordered, but again, I didn't want to deal with the order taker again.

Terrible service. I haven't eaten there in months. I was in the drive-through and the person on the mic asked me to pull up to a space because I assume it meant a smaller line behind me. They were admittedly busy, but after pulling into my spot and placing my order. Roughly three cars behind me ordered and were served before me. Eventually, after being so frustrated, I yelled out my window when the lady walked out to serve the fourth car. I said, "What the heck??" Moments later I finally received the custard shake? (been so long I don't remember what they call them and I used to order them every day) I ordered.

my order was wrong, another order had items I specifically asked not to be on there. the 3 milk shakes I ordered were melty by the time I received them. the drive thru lady was very rude, slow, and had a horrible attitude. so I was not satisified at all. also took the lady taking my order at least 5-7 mins before she even took my order 1 car was in front of me no cars at the pull up spots.

I usually try not to give bad reviews on food because im a cook but in this scenario I feel I must. I literally just left and opened my burger wrapper and my burger is ice cold. Like how do you mess up a burger? Has to be one of the easiest things to make. Its 750 on a Tuesday night not really that busy so why is food sitting to the point where it can get cold? I'm so irritated to the point that I don't even want to go back and deal with the hassle of management and I live right down the street. Got to do better sonic.
