Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

They don't ask you where you would like to sit I'm more of a private person and I enjoy eating my meal spaced apart from others was wearing right in the center of it all the bar which I did not like I left the minimal tip amount for that reason alone

They seem shortly staffed during the day. Food is hit or miss. Staff is friendly and it's a convenient place to grab a bite.

This has got to be the worst Applebee's ever. First off I try to place a to go order and they don't take to go orders over the phone after 10 PM. So I'm confused here. Do people in this area not eat after 10 o'clock or what? They tell me that if I want to place a to go order I have to come into the restaurant, which to me that defeats the purpose because you want your food ready so you can go pick it up and then take it with you. I think this is just a ploy to get you to go inside the restaurant and place your order and I'll probably expect you to buy a drink at the bar to make more money for the company. Now this is my second time here and I place my order before 10 and it is now 10:05 and I have been waiting in the parking lot at car side to go for 10 minutes now and nobody has came out. So Im going to give them another five minutes before I'm completely done with this location. So finally it's 10:20 and still nothing so I call and I talk to the general manager and he doesn't seem like he knows how to handle a customer complaint too well, but then he comes out and talks to me and tells me he doesn't even have an order for me at all. So he tells me he can make it but now we're looking at another 15 or 20 minutes before the order is ready. No thank you! This is saddening that he's the general manager, and their staff is not very well trained.

Manager was showing verbal and postural signs of alcohol usage. He stated the burger pickles, cheese and mustard was inside meat grounded up together within hamburger meat..is that true? The fries were many but some were cooked to a brown crisp. Yes after 8 other meals were served and eaten; about 30 minutes later the two forgotten hamburger meals was brought to the table by a very disrespectful aggressive male manager, holding his balance using a unprofessional verbal tone. No reason was given for food delay. Can say; the kind waitress understood and politely apologized for the disrespect manager and service today. Do not know why the manager came to our table. The family was enjoying our time together. When the drinks tasted watered they were replaced by our waitess with a smile. May son did not complain about the watered down creamy cheese sauce on the pasta platter. So..why did the manager come to our table angry?? No one at the table responded angrily. I was very proud of each of my sons today...not one person at the table heighten their voice or use any disrespectful mannerisms. As a single parent now of senior age ..Iam a very proud Black USA citizen for my sons dignity represented this day in your applebee restaurant. Was your manager wrong .. Yes! Now; how will you right the wrong today in your restaurant because if we were of another race never would have your manager intoxication or angres been expressed..nor..allow a Appleee manager to stand over a customer and aggressively make a scene. Your Manager was intoxicated expressly. Applebees continues to provide bad food, watered down drinks, racially bias service and the carpet was dirty !

Celinesse was great with service the management also was great but the food was absolutely terrible
