The woman handling the store claiming she is the boss is an absolutely horrible sales person. First she gave the wrong items, pieces that didn’t even fit the bong purchased, then she double charges on items when trying to replace for the wanted piece. All out horrible experience and would never recommend this place to anyone! Many much better stores to go to. Crazy bills has more availability and much better service.

Wow, as a cleaner, I'm impressed. This place is so well maintained and taken care of with such outstanding customer service to match. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, kind and friendly and non judgemental and laid back. The store itself is huge - quite spacious and always fully stocked. Presented and organized so perfectly - to a T. Everything has its place and section and where it should be. Everything is professionally and beautifully displayed. They've got everything from every type of paraphernalia you may need all the way down to posters, books and apparel. Nice variety of bongs. Wide variety of almost everything actually. I do wish they had more rigs but that's still somewhat up and coming. I do love coming here, it's always a pleasure.

Not impressed tbh. Bought an adapter for my bong on a Tuesday. I was unsure of if it would fit or not. Salesperson told me if it wasn't used it could be returned. Unfortunately it did not fit so I attempted to return it today. When I arrived it was the same salesperson. She called her manager to facilitate the return at which point she magically discovered a crack in the glass. Suddenly the item could not be returned. There was no crack when I left the store nor when I returned. I don't fault the salesperson as she was more than willing before the phone call. The item was only 15 bucks so it doesn't break the bank but still unsatisfied

Normally the people that work here are really kind but the last time I went in I had such a negative experience I never wanna go again. The person working was on her phone when I entered so I just stood there and waited for her to acknowledge me, as the product I wanted to get was behind the counter. After about a minute of me standing she yelled “SO DO YOU NEED HELP OR ARE YOU JUST GONNA STAND THERE?!” It was so bizzare, the entire time she was rolling her eyes and acted like she was disgusted by my presence.

I love this store. employees are super helpful and friendly. They sell a variety of band t shirts,pipes, bongs posters etc.

Just bought some new gear from here and I must say, what great customer service!! The woman we dealt with pretty sure she was the manager was super friendly, hooked us an awesome deal and even threw a sticker in for my girlfriend that she really liked without us even knowing; we found it as a surprise when we got home, and that just topped off the whole experience.

do not buy jewelry from here. i bought a septum ring from here, it caused my face to swell and the jewelry started RUSTING! i called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. and denied anything being wrong with their jewelry.

The store is bright and easy to find things in. The staff really knows their stuff about the product and makes good suggestions. Also has a great collection of non-headshop related items. Posters, t-shirts, random stag and doe gifts, etc. My go to store.

Great customer service, excellent selection of posters!

Bong came broken, and leaking and they refused to replace. Even though I only had the thing for 5 minutes
