Moores Clothing for Men

I would give the store higher than a 5/5 star rating if I could, especially Ashley. I shop there as much as possible and always receive exceptional customer service. On one instance I didn't get in to pick up my rental for a wedding until 2 days before and the vest did not fit. Ashley personally drove to Cambridge to pick up one that fit and had it for me to pick up the next morning! Not to add, my kids usually are usually with me and if you know anything about shopping with a 3 year old and an 8 year old, it's hard. But when we walk in, they usually help me keep them entertained. They are currently helping me get a whole order together for my wedding and we finalized the pieces last night. Today Ashley called and almost everything is on order and found the ties that my fiance loved but were told that were sold out from the last time we were in. From my fiance and I, THANK YOU!

Rarely do I write reviews but i guess i have to give this store a thumbs up. this store has well cultured and respectful people working in there. I visit this store quite frequently, anytime I am in the Eastgate mall and have always enjoyed the helpful assistance of the guys who are always more than willing to support. Customer service is also great. I Bought a shirt which had a slight stain. I showed it to the manager, and was given a hefty discount on that. I guess they respect the fact that people are spending their hard cash and need to be respected for doing so. Kudos Stoney Creek Moores Clothing!!!!

We needed a suit for my father and fiance for our wedding and decided to try a Moore's @ Eastgate Mall first instead of driving a bit farther to Ancaster (which is where we usually go) What a mistake! Never again! We had a horrible experience! Waited about 5 minutes, and I had to find someone to ask for help. We were ready to buy 2 suits and the sales person acted like we were inconveniencing him. Just rushed us! Was annoyed by my questions, which I have the right to ask, when I'm not getting options! He did not give us correct information, told us my dad needed seperates when he clearly did not. He simply got annoyed when I asked him to get a smaller pair of pants so I could visually see the difference with my dad's jacket, and he just huffed off to get them. Then ended a 15 min appt giving us suggestions for our "next visit". Guess he didn't want the sale. As Julia Roberts put it in Pretty Woman, "Remember when I was here and you wouldn't wait on me, BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!" Bought 2 suits somewhere else as a result! Alot of times it's not just about the product but it's the people you have representing you.

What a magnificent experience! The staff are awesome and they know their stuff. I come here twice a year for new clothes. Don't bother going to any other location.

Great place. Always someone to help me with seconds of entering the store. Friendly staff, knowledgeable. Coming here for all my dress clothes from now on.
