The stoney creek location is hands down my favorite. It's so clean and organized. The toys are neatly displayed on racks and easy to get at. No rummaging through bins of broken toys. The clothes are always neat and tidy. I recommend this Once Upon a Child location to everybody.

Excellent selection for very reasonable prices. Most things are virtually brand new!

I would give them no stars, I carried a lot of boy's clothes there, they accepted a zara blazer only, they do not even buy ralph lauren boy sweater, most clothes I took there are very very new and nicely used,I cannot really understand and what they sell to be honest the jackets and coats are pretty old and messy, the whole store is a joke. I will not visit that store any more.

Don't listen to that Ati whatever she's off her rocker. This is a used clothing store so yes some stuff might have rips here and there and everything is obviously final sale because it is a secondhand shop. Great service and employees, I never buy new baby clothes. You can find stuff here occasionally new with tags for a fraction of the cost in any new store. I made this review just to point out what a dumbass this Ati girl is like smh
