I found Rob! This is the Rob who used to work at Novelty Shoe Repair and then seemingly disappeared one day. Don’t trust anybody else with your beloved shoes. Rob always does a great job, makes your shoes better than when you bought them, and has a lovely personality to boot.. no pun intended...
