The strap had broken off one end of my leather purse and I came here to get it fixed. The owner fixed it very quickly and it looks great. There was a door drop-off so I felt safe given the COVID-19 situation. Would recommend!

New owners are wonderful! Gave my boots a second life and provided me with multiple options on how to address the issue with my boots. Added bonus: the new owners really cleaned the place. It no longer smells of cigarettes .

They fixed my leather shoes and I received them back in a timely manner looking like new again. Came back three days later and they fixed my wifes shoes, which my wife was so happy and excited about.
I initially reviewed one star because they were closed but google said they were open. Turns out they were changing ownership. Just met the new owner and she’s fantastic and took great care of us!
