Despite a series of negative reviews, I picked up my dress shoes with a brand new, very well attached Vibram sole and couldn't be more pleased. The owner, David Cha, was a very nice man and I had no issues with the service.
I feel like an idiot for going to place and not reading reviews. They totally destroyed two high quality pairs of shoes. Zero craft. Zero consideration for aesthetic.
