Fixed a couple of zippers on my sports jacket in 10 mins. Which by the way my dry cleaner quoted an exorbitant amount. He didn’t even charge me. Definitely bringing all my business here.
I randomly chose Baktash to add anti-slip grip to my favourite winter boots, and I’m so glad that I did. From the customer service to the final product, he exceeded my expectations. First, he worked around me and my schedule, arranging for me to safely drop my boots off after hours. He also personally dropped them off to my home when they were finished, as I had trouble getting downtown. This blew me away. And not to mention the final product was perfect. He even got a little scratch out and polished them up without me having to ask. His price was more than fair, and he stuck to his original word. I really appreciated his personal and professional service, and I could tell that he cares about what he does and wants to go above and beyond for his customers. I’m exclusively trusting him with my shoes and garments from now on, and am looking forward to recommending him to my friends and family. Very grateful, thank you Baktash!
Arash was so accommodating. I was in Toronto only for a few hours so based on precious online reviews I hunted his shop down at 55 University . I was not disappointed. He did my shoe repair immediately. He even gave me a pair of slippers to wear while I waited. He put 4 grommets on each shoe and reinforced it with extra leather. He made sure I was happy with the grommet colour, the repair process and the price before he proceeded. Highly recommend his service.
I have been a client of this great shoe repair store for three years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I used to go to the famous place on Yonge St. but decided once that I needed a faster turn around and gave Baktash a go. I was very surprised with the results in terms of quality and value, and I highly recommend them to you.
