Lost 10lbs in 3 weeks! Incredible service with carefully crafted techniques to boost your fitness. Coaches are always on top of things and making sure you’re on your path to a healthy lifestyle! Would definitely recommend.
im writing a review because i really don't understand the glowing reviews... it makes me think they've been bought or solicited somehow. i bought the unlimited monthly groupon and was truly appalled at how unhygienic the place was. it's in a refurbished office building with no ventilation and the smell was truly terrible. there was garbage literring the hallways, nowhere to get changed or shower... the class itself was challenging & the instructor was lovely but the environment really set a bad tone. i was worried about catching a disease from the floor. the puzzle piece floor was tearing apart as i did exercises! ultimately i ended up not returning after my first class because i had a very scary experience in the lobby. if they could find a better space to operate, it'd be worthwhile, but i would not recommend attending as is.
I've been a member for years now. The classes are fun and the environment is positive and supportive and very challenging. I had taken semi-private training and been to a lot of bootcamp style gyms and classes. I find I really stick with Gordy's. The trainers keep on you to make sure you stay on your goals. They also will provide nutritional help and motivational support. The classes are small and there is lots of personal attention. I love that the classes are 40 or 45 minutes usually and run back to back so no excuses for missing a workout.
This a really great boot camp studio in downtown. A super friendly and fun atmosphere. All coaches are intelligent, supportive, and creative. They will push you to your limits to achieve goals with kick ass workouts, and you'll never get bored with exercise classes. There are variety of classes throughout the week to go to. The best part is the studio has educated nutrition coaches, so you get both exercise training and nutrition plans. Rob and his team has interesting ideas for weight loss challenges and competitions. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get into their best shape and exercise routine or take their training to the next level!
This is the best gym to workout at because it is challenging and fun. Every coach brings their own awesome routines so the workouts are always different but you work hard. Rob is awesome and makes every member feel welcome. The energy in the room is addictive and makes you workout harder. This is a tough workout but it will be worth it and change your life for the better. I am happy to be a member. If you want to challenge yourself and change your body for the better, Gordy's Boot Camp is the place to join.
Gordy’s Boot Camp is the best place to workout in. If you’re interested in workout classes, They have a very friendly and welcoming instructors that will motivate you to do for more classes... It is a safety environment and very comfortable to move around. Boxing classes and Body Sculpting are my favourite classes. I just started 3 weeks ago and I lost 4lbs already and I am really proud. I started with Gordy’s 4-5 weeks ago and absolutely love it. The atmosphere and the trainers and nutrition coaches are absolutely amazing. Even Gordy himself always follows up to make sure you’re meeting all your goals. The team is committed to everyone’s success. The classes are available at very convenient times and the trainers always offer exercise modifications or challenges to help accommodate your abilities or give you that extra boost. I love it!
Convenient class times, and great variety of workouts that really hit every spot, leaving you feeling both tired and accomplished. Classes are reasonably sized and the coaches always provide individual support, you’re never “lost in the crowd.” Staff and members alike are super friendly and encouraging. I never thought I would find myself looking forward to a workout! Love this place.
If you want to be inspired to take better care of yourself and live a healthier and happier life, Gordy's Boot Camp is a great place to start the journey. Rob and his excellent team of trainers will take you and all of your challenges in and work you HARD until you come out stronger and more confident in yourself than ever before. You can expect a great mix of yoga, interval training, weight training, kickboxing, and more. I love that no two workouts are ever the same as it keeps your body and mind engaged and burning calories long after your session. The support doesn't end at the boot camp, though, as the team is always available to help you balance your nutrition and exercise to keep you on the right track whenever and wherever. I've never been so motivated by a group of dedicated and hard-working people who want to bring out the best in everyone they train. Drop in and give them a shot!
I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this fitness studio! It's backed by simply amazing instructors who are truly incredible at their jobs - carefully crafting classes with a TON of exercise variety so that you get a full body workout each time without ever feeling repetitive/boring. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking to take their workouts to the next level - whether you're a beginner or a veteran gym rat, these classes will help you bring out the best in you!
