I joined OBF Gym to overcome my shoulder and wrist injury and start my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. As my personal trainer, Joseph not only helped me become injury-free after only 3 months, he also helped me with strength training which led to significant improvements in my overall body structure and composition. I am very pleased with the results. Joining OBJ has truly been one of my best investments.
Joseph is an incredible trainer. Throughout my time with OBF, he was extremely dedicated and thoughtful about my program and progress to ensure we saw results. I originally came to OBF for lower back pain. I was completely new to training and had never even lifted a weight before. He developed a program that was accessible for me, but also focused on minimizing future back pain flare ups. It’s been almost a year since I’ve had any serious pain. In addition to focusing on my back, we were able to increase my overall strength and improve my body composition. Without Joseph coaching me every step of the way I never would have seen these results!
I joined OBF’s 28 challenge to get back to being healthy and strong. I have been training with James who has been extremely patient,helpful and motivating. I have a long history of arthritis and back pain and James has been customizing my workouts that best fits my body. I can already see improvements in my body and really happy with OBF!
Started to personal train 2 months ago and got paired with Jon. Really liking my experience so far - Jon specifically knows his stuff and how to push me, meanwhile keeping in mind that I'm still also recovering post partum. Gym is never too crowded as well and has a nice tight knit community vibe to it. Highly recommend!
Joseph is a phenomenal trainer who will push you and help you achieve your fitness goals. After working with him for only four months, I’ve seen incredible results and feel much more confident about my body. He really cares about his clients and goes out of his way to make them comfortable. I’m glad I made the decision to join OBF
It has been a pleasure training with Tristan and he is an amazing trainer! He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He would always give me tips on how to improve my form and how to perform exercises correctly. There were times when I felt like giving up, but Tristan always pushed me and believed in me. I have seen incredible results that I never knew I could achieve. Tristan was truly invested in my fitness goals and I couldn’t have done it without him!
I have been with OBF gyms now for 1 year, and for the last 6ish-months, training with Tristan. Unfortunately when I started training with Tristan, I was dealing with some injuries. With hard work and his dedication, I am almost back to "normal" and finally starting to feel strong again and pain free. I highly, highly recommend Tristan and can't say enough good things about him. He has such extensive knowledge and expertise in personal training. Thanks Tristan!!
I've been training with OBF for about 8 months now and it's been fantastic. I started seeing results right away. I started training with Tristan in January and since then it's kicked things up to another level. He's all about helping me hit my goals and is always able to articulate the "why" when I'm asking questions about the exercises and their effect on the body. I can't recommend him enough. OBF also hooks you up with a nutritionist that is included in the fee, which is a huge plus.
