Edit 1 week later : BEWARE !! Despite the obvious results, Best body Bootcamp decided to use a lean mass calculation unfavourable for me and DID NOT GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK. My weight at W1D1 was 118 pounds 20.2% fat and W6D5 120lbs 16.7%. I also lost CAD 676.88 in the process. DON'T DO IT. First review I joined the 6 weeks challenge because I wanted to lose some inches, mostly around my waist. For most people, the goal is to lose 6% bodyfat. My body fat was less than 20% on day 1, so my goal was settled to gain lean mass muscle instead. I followed a 3-days-a-week workout plan. Morning classes were in group of 3 to 5 people which was a very good thing for us all. Special thanks to the coaches that supported our group during all the process. The founders are very knowledgeable and attentive, they will know perfectly how to adapt if you had any type of injury before. I also did my best about following the nutrition plan and macro 30% fat 30% carbs and 40% proteins. Changing habits is never easy and there was no exception here as eating so much more protein was a challenge for me, and staying away from Nutella as well! Improving one's metabolism takes quite a huge amount of motivation. I recommend the program to people that are very serious about change and will make sure to commit fully. In this case, Best body Bootcamp’s classes with its nutritional support will help you reach your goal for sure! If you are not sure that you can dedicate fully to reach your fitness and nutritional goal, just don't do it, you would certainly lose your deposit that is around 600 dollars huge motivator, but it doesn't make it all!. On my side, I use an intelligent scale at home and it testimonies for me that this new lifestyle I got from BBB fits my body plus 3% muscle, minus 3% bodyfat. Not only did I happily outreach my lean body mass goal, but I also had family time overseas for holidays and found out upon return that I am still pretty much on track!! Great trainers and management. They really get to know you and it feels like you are part of a family. My trainer was really helpful, not only in guiding me through the workouts, but also ensuring I was getting the right nutrition and doing specific workouts outside of our sessions so that I come back more capable of doing the exercises. They have also recently switched to a new system for tracking your workouts and nutrition which seems to work pretty well. I was able to lose about 2% body fat in 6 weeks which is normally a HUGE struggle for me. The smaller 3-6 people class sizes were great because it made the training more personable. Would recommend to anyone who just needs an improvement in their lifestyle, especially if you're looking to shed a few pounds.
Participated in the free six week boot camp advertised on Facebook. Not technically free but if you complete all the steps and reach the proposed goal you get your money back. My goal was to gain 4 pounds of lean muscle with strength training classes 3 days a week and follow a nutrition plan tracking macros. Although I haven’t had significant change in my appearance I feel much stronger, have more energy and have better overall knowledge and skills toward a healthier life style. I’d recommend the program to people who are looking to drastically change their life or folks that have more weight to loose. Trainers were super friendly and knowledgeable. Met some great people and had fun.
I signed up for the challenge, electing to set the goal of losing 6% body fat in 6 weeks. I reduced my body fat from 18.2% to 11.8%, thus winning the challenge. They have promised to return the deposit to me, and I will likely return to the bootcamp after the summer. The workouts were in small groups, and they were definitely intense yet simple. Haley in particular was a great trainer, and she also was the nutritionist who was always available whenever I had questions about my diet. Yes, it is true that you will be asked to put down a rather large deposit, however they do promise to refund it completely as long as you a meet your goal, b post updates on social media, c don't miss classes, d stick to your diet and post about it in the private group. I see some people have left one-star reviews calling this program a "scam", and while they are entitled to their opinions, my before and after photos will show that with hard work, a strict diet and consistent workouts, it is very possible to see results.
I joined Best Body Bootcamp for the 6 week challenge along with my husband and I’m very pleased with the results. Amazing workout of 45-50 min mostly intense weight training; 3 times a week. In addition nutrition guidance that I received is key. I had a bunch of questions regarding my nutrition throughout the 6 weeks and I received prompt response from my trainer Haley she’s awesome. Roger and Daniela are amazing folks too. They kept motivating to meet our end goal which was losing 6% body fat. Both my husband and I achieved our goal. We tried many options before from keto diet to low carb diet but nothing worked. Best Body Bootcamp has been an awesome experience for us! Very accommodating people as well. If you miss a class they’re open taking you in another one if they have space for more people off course. Convenient location close to Union Pearson Express station, particularly for me as I stay downtown :
This company is the bomb!! The workouts are challenging, efficient, and keep you on your toes - they really make you sweat and help build endurance! I also love how they are only 45 minutes long, so you get a hardcore workout without having to spend hours of your day on exercise. The supportive nature of the trainers and the group itself are so motivating. The attentive guidance I've received with the workouts as well as with my nutrition have been so effective in keeping me on track, and it's really been showing with my results. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to make a healthy and sustainable no crash/fad dieting here change to their lifestyle in order to get in really great shape.
Great sense of community here at BBBC! The small group workouts are really motivating and encouraging. Coaches are fantastic and really knowledgeable not only in the workouts but also in a healthy lifestyle. I recommend joining if your are looking for an active change 3x a week. They let know that accountability is a huge part of achieving your goals, which is very possible with all their help and guidance!
In 6 weeks I lost 26.5 lbs, 7.4% body fat and 16.4 combined inches off my body!!! I look and feel 10 years younger and am so thankful I took this challenge. If you are in need of a transformation and are dedicated to make it happen this is the program from you!! For the last 1.5 years I had let my health and exercise slide to a point where I needed a drastic change/shock to the system. I found just the solution with Best Body. The high intensity workouts and motivation from the trainers David & Andrea at the Beaches location kicked my ass every single time but it was exactly what I needed to get the fat melting off my body. Following the nutrition guidelines and advice is key to achieving success as well. Eating clean in the right amounts, in the right combinations and in the right time period really is just as important as doing the work outs. I learned a lot about food and nutrition and exercise through out this process which I feel has empowered me to have more control over my health and nutrition moving forward. Thank you Best Body!!
An outstanding experience. The trainers care about your progress, they say hello and goodbye to you regardless of how busy they might be. I went to the downtown Studio location and they had a good selection of fitness equipment and amenities. I personally didn't lose weight but I saw a substantial increase in my muscle mass, strength, and stamina. I would definitely do this all over again. Thank you for helping me transform my life!
My wife and I joined the 6-week challenge in August 2017 at Union Station location. Our on-boarding was smooth, and Roger was helpful in accommodating the change in our start date. The support that we got from all staff at Best Body was top notch from day 1, especially Haley, Roger and Daniela! Their energy and love for what they do is contagious and motivating. My wife and I were able to not only achieve, but exceed our target in just 5 weeks. All thanks to the constant guidance from Haley and Roger around nutrition, diet and workout techniques. We had a lot of questions around what we can and cannot eat, and these guys were readily available on text or phone to answer. Overall, the 6 weeks not only transformed our body, but also our lifestyle eating habits, workout schedule. I highly recommend the challenge as you’ll get the support you need to achieve your goals and more.
